How to order your Hyland stair rods.
  1. In the first drop down box you need to decide on the diameter of the rod. There are three different diameteres with different lengths for each diameter.
  2. Below each diameter option in the drop down box there are "up to" lengths. Choose a length that is nearest above the length you need.
  3. In the next text box enter the actual length you would like the stair rods to be. You can use inches, centimetres or millimetres, which ever is easier for you. You must enter the tip to tip measurement which includes the finials. Please allow sufficient space either side of your runner carpet to accomodate the brackets.
  4. In the quantity box, enter the number of rods you would like.
  5. Then finally, hit the "buy" button and your selected items will be placed in your basket.
  6. Once you have selected the rods, you can choose which brackets you would like. There are two types of runner bracket; fixed and hinged.
  7. Go on to order your brackets in the same way as above for the rods.
  8. Don't worry if you think you have made a mistake as you can remove items from your basket at any time. Also, every order is thoroughly checked before processing.
